SAUDADES is a Boston-based literary magazine that was intended to provide an alternative stepping stone for writers to showcase their developing voices. Although there are many literary magazines, many seemed to lack a space in which young writers could demonstrate their style and prose. Originally founded by Michael Ahern, who currently resides in Somerville, Massachusetts, SAUDADES has gained some momentum after its original debut.
The magazine is also happy to announce its first contributing editor, Chet Osborn.
